SHISH: an excellent halfling

SHISH (18) 137-48-2 Halfling – Javelin

Shish was a warrior designed after the death of Needle of Pine, who was a great killer halfling from Palor's stable. NOP was unique in regards to size. NOP was somewhat large and had a very high int. Str and dex were of lesser starting levels. I used this same setup for SHISH and hoped to bag a lot of kills over time. Shish excelled at winning and set records for halflings all the way up to 150 fights, but she never warmed up to killing. Her final stats were 20-20-21-23-10-15, which is really quite good considering her experience level. She had only minor perms in most areas, but totted around a high-level abdomen perm for quite a long time. I was hoping for her to reach 200 fights and then send her to the Monsters. It was not to happen. Upon Shish's death, several managers asked me to do a write-up, but I just didn't quite feel enough affection for Shish to want to bother. I suppose the lack of enthusiasm came from her lack of killing, which is what I had most hoped she would accomplish. I have never had a good halfling killer. But after several months, went over to Dux Hall of Records and took a look at Halfling records to see which ones needed filling out. I noticed that Shish really did shine – just not in the way that I had hoped for her. So setting aside my expectations, I am pleased to share Shish's final fight with everyone in honor of her accomplishments. Shish was a great halfling!

My stable only fought SHISH twice, both times it was MURMUR, who went 1-1 against that pesky halfling.  The first fight on turn 709, which went to SHISH, had MURMUR luckily avoiding perms
