So, you spend all this time crafting a message only to have the formatting not show up in the final message?  Wot do?  I got yer back, buddy.

You want your awesome fight sequence to look like this:

NEUROFIBROMATOSIS tries to cut across STEVEN WRIGHT's left thigh
NEUROFIBROMATOSIS has landed a potentially critical blow!
  A horrendous blow has been struck!
STEVEN WRIGHT careens face-down into the dirt!!
STEVEN WRIGHT has been permanently injured in the primary leg!!!
STEVEN WRIGHT might pitch over dead at any moment!

The solution is simple, if not a bit odd.  Simply click the Preview button, let the preview load, then click it AGAIN, and the formatting will be in place.  It is like... magic.  Oh, here's a fun thing.  I do believe that any messages posted where the formatting did not work, will still have the proper spacing in place, so the double Preview trick should work if you edit an old message.
