Dethroner 2015 Turn #7 Results
DETHRONER 2015 Turn #7 has come and gone with 6 successful dethroner challenges. The stakes are high as Modofo was just one win behind Dux and in order to prevent Modofo from having an three-peat, DUX really has to score asap as the longer this contest goes the greater the odds are against him and the greater they are for Modofo.
Why is that, you ask? Because, a much greater percentage of Dux's warriors are in the 100+ and out of range to challenge anyone in the lower-level contest.
So with that bit of background info in mind, let's see what the fates allowed. Top-dog this turn was CAM, who managed to take out two impressive UWers. Next we had 4 other managers each take out one UWer. In order we have Modofor, Klagrok, UL and Vic Vegas. Dux was nowhere to be seen!
So overall what are the implications of this turn to the big-picture? Well as of this turn Dux and Modofo are now tied in the lead with 18 points each! Palor and Klagrok are tied for 2nd place with 16 points each. Cam is now in 3rd with 14 points, but considering there are still 16 warriors left in UW, there is still a realistic chance for anyone in the top 5.
Dux out!
This Turn's Successful Challenges:

Re: Dethroner 2015 Turn #7 Results
The Blood Point Mod scoring system is shaking up the ranks a little, with DUX and CAM tied for first place with 19, and MODOFO and PALOR are tied for second with 18 each. Hot on their heels is KLAG in third place with 17 points. Still within distance, VIC sits 4 points behind KLAG in fourth place. Two new managers made it into the rankings with the BPMss. Congrats to DRACHIR and DEVIL.

Re: Dethroner 2015 Turn #7 Results
Monster bait.
On my replacement team, I have a guy with a natural 19 pre. Naturally, I would add 6 points to pre if I were going to use the team, which I am not. Pres of 3-5-12-17-19
The 3 pre guy is pretty nice. 5-11-10-17-3-9 I would probably go 7-18-17-17-3-9 Martial Combat human with a net. My first instinct is halfling, but I need to try other types of MC gladiators. I've done elves and halflings. Time to get a good rollup so I can get a human chopping and kicking away.
The 19 pre guy is hilarious. 10-4-6-10-19-6. I'd go 12-4-13-10-25-6 dwarf cs with jav/target shield.
Let's see:
5-11-6-9-11-13 -- possibly 5-17-13-11-11-13 or 7-17-13-9-11-13 or 7-14-13-9-11-16 <-- all would be jav halflings. Not that there aren't already a bjillion of them around.
12-10-4-5-12-12 -- maybe 12-12-11-12-12-12 I had a quarterstaff human with the same stats (maybe the 11 wasn't on con... it was a long time ago) go 5-0-0 out the gate. Though, if you've read my write-up on TICKTOCK, you know to avoid that weapon. Seriously, though. Monster the 12 pre guy.
Okay, let's try to get something that isn't a jav halfling out of the shitty 11 pre guy. Hmmm... he could do martial combat. 5-17-12-13-11-13. As for how to run him? I have no idea. I suck at MC.

Re: Dethroner 2015 Turn #7 Results
Klag, I have removed my punishing challenges. I think several perms and two deaths makes up for your challenging and killing my UW gladiator. If you think about elbow dropping EVISCETRYX, all I can say is, two deaths and some perms would be like a walk in the park compared the fury that shall be unleashed.
As many of you know, I usually stick to and prefer random singles matches, but I have no problems with taking the time to issue calculated challenges in retribution.
