Well week 4 of Kill Fest ended with an awesome and inspring 19 kills! And of course two peasant scum team kills. Yeah baby! We might hit 100 kills before the contest is up! Continue cowering as it is apparent that the quality of gladiators this year is not up to par. VIC VEGAS and GURZIL managed to get two kills each and 15 other managers actually managed to get a kill. We had six new managers added to the kill charts, and this week left us with one nice BC kill, 3 challenge kills (and hey look only one was the challenger!) and two notable kills. Perhaps it is time to retire to Florida where we can see more kills from old age in a minute than we can looking at the Newsletter each week.

The Blood Challenge kill for this week happened when PALOR(72)'s MARBURG, from his stable MALADIES OF MAN(187) was slaughtered in three minutes for his Turn 798 slaughter of ESO 510-G13. PRECISION(882)'s gladiator PROCYON from ALL WARRIORS WELCOME(1928) welcomed Marburg to a particular malady that most gladiators wish to avoid--death. However I believe that Procyon will soon just be called 'gone' as the monstered replace that Palor created is called 'Enjoy the BC'. Methinks that Fascist will soon have five kills. Ah to warrant such love Procyon. Enjoy it while you can as you will soon be joining Marburg and Eso 510 g13 in the ground.

We do love the challenge kills. This week will start off with the challenger biting the dust. Oh and all of these wonders took only four minutes to deliver us excitement! It appears that our favorite multi COMMANDER-IN-CHIEF(817) sent NORRINGTON 3 of PIRATE HUNTERS(1797) against NOTHING LEFT ALIVE, SLEAZEE P MARTINEE(137)'s dwarf from *CARNIVAL OF CHAOS*(394). When will you ever learn you silly multi? It appears never. The only hunting that occurred  was when a certain  'Pirate' Norrington 3 learned that when you go to a certain chaotic carnival called the BloodPit, sometimes for you there is nothing left alive. Sleazee again did the Pitt a favor by leaving nothing left alive. If Sleazee is lucky, FE GO will come after him and 'go' to warrior heaven as well. Bets anyone? VIC VEGAS(341)'s elf KETSCH from DON'T GO THERE(899) decided to go there and challenged ZILTOID, THE BADMAN(541)'s half-orc from THE BADMEN(1343). Well as can be expected when challenged by Vic, Ziltoid had zilt luck and was leaking like 'ketsch'-up before he expired. How sad. Finally we come to Vic's 2nd successful kill challenge when he sent his half-orc ROMEO SUICIDE from FROM THE LEFT(771) against THE HIGH PRIEST(897)'s gladiator NORTHFIELDS from WARRIORS OF THE TUBE(1995). Romeo did not commit suicide in this match but instead came from the left and made sure that the only field that North could rest on would be undergound. No tubes at the healing temple this time! There are of course two warriors who will be coming after Romeo so we will see how long the love will last for our hero!

On to the notable deaths for Turn 800. The first match was over before the first minute so it must have been a gore-fest! JAYNE, FUSION(346)'s human from BEST.SHOW.EVER(813) destroyed CHARLIE IN THE BOX, MARCUS(422)'s warrior from NORTHERN ODDITIES(1016). Charlie has indeed been put in a box-forever. As it only took one minute I am not sure if we can consider it the "best show ever" or just an oddity. We can only assume a lucky perm hit on an already incapaciting injury. Finally we have a two minute fight between JED COOPER, ROB ALLEN(773)'s half-elf from PRIMAL RAGE(1701), and TIME DIVINE, ILNEVAL(93)'s half-orc from ORCLAND RAIDERS(263). It appears that Jed's primal rage allowed him to send Ilneval's gladiator on to his divine time...otherwise known as the great beyond or death for us normal folks. Unfortunately for Il, there are no raiders that can BC. Otherwise we might have a kill fest to remember!

We have 80 kills so far over four weeks. A paltry 20 per week on average. We need to up this total. Drachir is now in first place with 5 kills with Ilneval and The Bad Guy sniffing at his heels with 4 kills each. A gackle of seven managers are close behind with three kills each, while thirteen managers have two kills each and twenty managers have managed to at least slip into the competition with one kill.

Well the results for turn 5 are looking up--29 kills with 1 peasant scum kill. Of course I had three gladiators bite the dust; of course they gave me 13-15-5-8-6-8, 9-17-8-7-6-8 and 7-10-13-10-10-5 for replacements and even better two of them were my guys from the Unmitigated Brutality contest...and the other fool that died had a level 5 chest injury that Ilneval bumped to six before hit him again. So he did me a favor by taking him out.
