Tibor was 23(11)-25(19)-25(14)-19(13)-12(3)-11 Mastered in Javelin, open hand and all non weapon skills.

He was inspired by Popper's upper rank success at the time of his creation when I wasn't having any luck at all with otherwise great low strength fighters. Not sure I can really recreate his accomplishments since a big part was his training like a demon from the start but he's definitely showed one road to awesome and is a true hero to Halflings!
