Legendary Monster Turn
Instead of sending a gladiator to the Monsters, we'll be sending a gladiator to the Gerns! Holy cow this is reminding me of when Dux monstered all his gladiators many years ago. I think that now, 285 turns later, the last of Dux's warriors will fall. 1083 will be a legendary turn along with 798 (Dux's monsterings) and 888 (The Monster Contest).
I think what defines a Legendary Monster Turn is a large turnover in Monsters coupled with the creation of new Monster slots to accommodate the double-slain Monsters, which is when a Monster is killed by two different gladiators on the same turn. Which is a bit of a reincarnation glitch due to the nature of the game's programming. I guess it is more of a feature than a bug, but it does result in manual work on Keeper's end. Which brings me to the final determinant of a Legendary Monster Turn, and that is the turn runs for many hours that day as Keeper has a lot of manual work on his hands. Though, he has been working to speed up and automate parts of the new Monster creation process, but that doesn't apply to the extra work involved with creating a new monster slot.
Three cheers in advance to Gern and Nads on this sure to be legendary day, and let us all hope that they post the fights so that we all may enjoy this special, romantic day together.

Well Vic you were right! Dang seven new monsters? How is that going to work? They killed 5 of the old ones! Four for Nads and three for Gern. Yup hope those fights get posted over here.

I would hope that Gern would at least post the APPLE fight to rub it in my face, but I'm not going to hold my breath, and neither should you. The best thing to do would be to start working on gladiators that can kill this current crop of monsters. My OFFSPRING killer is no longer needed, but I'll keep running him anyway.
We have 9 freaking monster slots now. Absolutely insane! My little furfoot avoided the carnage. Heheheheheh.

Apple and Offspring were the oldest living monsters at this time, were they not. RIP. Good on Gern and Nads! I'd love to read the fights.

Wow! I wondered if this day would ever come. There would be 12 monsters if it weren't for BIGGO and SKIPPY. Think about that.
I really hope GERN and NADS post these fights!
