Kill Fest III, week 7 (Turn 803) Results

Snooze....oops was I supposed to stay awake for this week's inaction? Another 'stellar' 'weak's performance. 22 kills, but one went to the peasant scum so 21 towards the 152 total manager kills after seven weeks. No BC kills this week; six challenge kills (again half were the challengers); thirteen regular fight kills
(not including the Klud kill) and two team fight kills. We did manage to add two managers to the total kill list. Wardancer took an impressive three lives this week, and Sleazee and Looper were close behind with two lives taken. Fourteen managers each got a kill and the race for first place is getting tighter.
Cam still leads with seven kills, but Drachir and Klagrok are close behind with six apiece. RIght behind them are the names we expect to see in first, Ilneval, Sleazee and Vic, as well as Marcus and Samurai!! adnd the BadGuy with five kills each. Seven managers have four kills each, nine have three kills, fifteen have two kills each and seventeen have each managed to get a single kill in the seven weeks of the competition so far.
Well, this turn had a decent amount of challenge kills, six, with four of them being the challenger, no veteran kills (well one of the challenge kills was), two team kills and a special kill that I had to add for kicks and giggles.
The first challenge kill was between MONDO GENERATOR, SLEAZEE’s gladiator from =BLUESFORTHEREDSUN= and VENGENCE’s gladiator, ACID STORM from SPELLS. It was over quickly as MD generated a spell the AS couldn’t overcome...a death spell. The only storm we saw we the acid spewing from VENGENCE’s stomach as it was slit open by MG. ACID’s fans were blue but MD’s were red with laughter as AS fell dead.
The second to die was the challenger, KHAL DRAGO, SLIV’s elven short sword gladiator from the HOSTS OF CHAOS who only lasted two minutes against his foe, SPLITTER, VIC VEGAS’s dual javelin wielding halfling from DON’T GO THERE. Well, does it need to be said? KD should not have went there but he did and as a result in the chaos he was ‘split’ted by a javelin or two. Chaos erupted as KD went down for good. So so sad. Guess he gets a Dothraki funeral after all.
The third challenge kill also saw the challenger die. MARCHAND, BIG BAD BRUINFAN’s gladiator from 2011 STANLEY CUP died after challenging CHI’s TERVICZ, a javelin wielding halfling from WOLVES OF TIME. The fight lasted two whole minutes but time was not on M’s side as the wolves closed in and he failed to get that Stanley Cup (but hey the Bruins have claimed it twice since the team was named).
Our next challenge match pitted SLEAZEE’s gladiator MADNESS AT THE CORE from *CARNIVAL OF CHAOS* against METIS, VENGENCE’s gladiator from UNIVERSE. Three minutes is all it took for METIS to succumb to the chaos of MATC. MADNESS showed the whole universe that he is bad to the core and that he treated METIS like he would a clown at the circus..he sent METIS to meet his maker and on a permanent trip of the universe.
The fifth challenge resulted in the death of the challenger, BLAZZLE, THE SICKNESS’s gladiator from the WARSONG OUTSIDERS. He tried to take on KOMODO DRAGON, JINX’s gladiator from THE CUTTING EDGE. It was over in four minutes, as BLAZZLE well blazzled any opportunity to win and ended up on the cutting edge of KD’s weapon. The only song BLAZZLE sung was one of death as a certain lizard stomped the life out of him.
The sixth and final challenge death was between two brand spanking new gladiators and lasted a whole three minutes! DRALION, BIG BAD BRUINFAN’s gladiator from PIT DU SOLEIL challenged WARDANCER’s X-O HARBINGER of LEGION. The only X’s and O’s in this match were those X-OH planted on the dead lips of DRALION after he was slaughtered in front of legions of BBB’s fans.
The first of the two team fights was between STAMFORD’s CFC composed of DAMIEN DUFF, CARLO CUDUCINI, ASHLEY COLE, JOE COLE and JOHN TERRY and MR ANGRY’s THE ANGRY CREW, which had NASTY PIECE OF WORK, WON’T TAKE SH*T, WON’T BE USED AGAIN, NO MORE ABUSE and YOU BETTER RUN. Well, MR. A’s team did indeed run, took more abuse, was indeed used again, and took crapola as NPOF was angrily stamped into to sands permanently after four minutes.
The other team fight was between STAPLE GUN’s DONT TREAD ON ME (SLUG, DENSER BUG, CHIGGER and TERMITE) and JINX’s THE REPLACEMENTS (ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION, HEALTHY ADDICTION, BRICK WALL and MI GENIUS). After four minutes, well there will indeed need to be a replacement for JINX’s team as HA proved he was indeed addicted to, well death. It is said he was tread on, slugged into a brick wall of the arena and suffered from ED. I did not take a genius to see that he was dead when the match was over. We all cry for him.
KLUD THE BELL-RINGER pulled off a peasant kill and took out HENDEL of ROB ALLEN’s FLASHING BLADES. The Bell was indeed rung for HENDEL as the flashing blade (well in this case dual maces) of his foe took the life for him after four minutes. Way to go HENDEL, way to go. Nothing like dying early and young to a peasant. Hope you got a good replacement out of it!
I had to include the following fight between WARDANCER’s CLONE of LEGION, a dual halberd wielding human who is loathed beyond description against DROUGHT, BLUE EYES gladiator of NATURAL DISASTERS. It took a minute, but CLONE finally ended his drought and got a kill (and his fifth win out of 157 fights). It was disaster indeed for BLUE EYE’s gladiator, but we all can see that it is natural that legions of CLONE will bring death to the Pit.
