Well, it's been over a month since I shortened up the records considerably. The only record category that I feel a bit odd about is the Streak category...There are tied warriors, and I don't want any ties, so I think for streaks, the warrior with the most fights in that category gets the slot. It gets progressively harder to have a streak with age, so age will be the determiner. Also, I am considering making this a 5 slot category. I will just have to rely on managers to let me know when they have had a streak. I won't spend time trying to track down streaks. Anyway for now, I will just remove the ties. Still not decided whether having 5 slots for streaks is a good thing or not...kinda leaning that way though.

Decided to go ahead and put Streaks up to 5 slots - looks pretty good actually.
Ratyr gained two points, Splinter gained 3 points (which did not change their rankings a bit).
INARI MITE and TOTAL TRAUMA each gained 2 points and that sent them up to #13 and 14 respectively, so those are huge gains!

Just looking at these records this morning, I noticed that if anyone is looking to take some records, the best race to do it with at this point is probably Human because the 50 and 100 fight records of the best humans up to now has not been all that great. Hi guys, just wanted to let you know I put in *asterisks next to ancient human names in the records.
These asterisks indicate a warrior that benefitted from a bug in the game back then that allowed humans to be unfairly perm-resistant.
While it is impossible to know the extent that these astericked warriors' records would have been different had the bug not existed, it is also clear that they did have an unfair advantage. It is not the managers' fault that these warriors benefitted from perm resistance as probably some of the managers failed to notice the resistance factor until after it was pointed out to them. The bug was confirmed to me directly by The Keeper via email and also that this bug was fixed.

* In order for a monster to earn a point towards warrior metric for a kill, the challenging warrior has to be a viable challenge, which we define here as being 100+ fights and having at least a 50% win/loss record.

I just had a thought that it might be more fair to award monster kill points in a relative-to-the-monster basis.
The idea is as follows:
Must be a 100+ warrior
Must have a 50% or better record
Must have at least 50% of the experience of the monster in question.

This would make a monster really earn their monster kill points. The 300 fight monsters have so much more experience and trains that a viable challenge to them might be something like 150+ fight warrior vs a 100+ fight warrior...

Any thoughts on this one?

Addendum:
Or I could remove the 100+ fight requirement and make it instead just that the challenging warrior have at least 50% or more experience relative to the monster. That might be a lot more fair...

After thinking about this for a few days now, I think I really like the idea of getting rid of the 100+ requirement for viable monster challengers entirely and just make it as I laid it out in the previous post. Doing it this way will reward managers for getting younger monsters. A 100 fight monster will get points for killing 50+ fight warriors whereas a 300 fight warrior would only get points for killing 150+ fight warriors. Of course the rule that the challenging warrior must have a winning record would still apply.
